The duration of your visit is up to you. We recommend spending about 90 minutes in the exhibition.

Marilyn: The Exhibition operates on a timed entry basis. You may select your preferred entry time when you book your tickets. You may enter the exhibition any time within your 30 minute timeslot. Once you are inside the exhibition, the visiting time is unlimited.

The cheapest way to purchase tickets is via our website in advance. Based on availability, there may be tickets available on the door at £28.90 for adults or £16.90 for children. We recommend you book in advance to ensure availability. You can buy tickets online on our website. There are also a limited number of tickets available at the venue on the door. Payment can be made either by cash or card onsite.

Yes, we can accommodate large groups. Groups up to 20 can be purchased via the Book Tickets link on our website.

Yes! We hope you will take advantage of our numerous Instagrammable moments and post them tagging @arches.londonbridge. Please note that flash photography and tripods/monopods are not permitted. Please be careful not to disturb the other guests. You are welcome to photograph and film and share everything for your private use, e.g. on your social channels. Commercial use of photographs is not permitted.

No food is permitted inside the exhibition, however snacks and refreshments are available from our licensed bar & café.

Yes, but please note that we do not have any cloakroom facilities. For both security reasons and for your own comfort we discourage bringing any large bags. There is a bag drop available at London Bridge Station should you require it.

Yes, you can purchase them together in the same order, however please be aware the VIP experience includes a 45-minute guided tour for Gold VIP ticket holders only. The guided tour will start shortly after arrival, at the allotted time. The White Glove Experience will take place halfway through the guided tour. After the tour, there is plenty of time to enjoy the exhibition further at your leisure. 

Yes you can. For purchased tickets that are still in the future, please contact our ticketing partner Gigantic at [email protected] who can refund you (less booking fee) on purchase of a new ticket.

Off-peak timeslots at £21.90 can often be found at the end of each weekday. Marilyn: The Exhibition operates on a dynamic pricing model, and therefore in peak periods, these may not be available.

During the VIP experience, Section 4 will be briefly roped off for 10-15 minutes while VIP guests are shown select objects up close. Regular ticket holders are welcome to watch and learn from a distance but will not have access to the captions or items during this time to ensure the safety of these valuable objects. Rest assured, the full showcase in Section 4 will be accessible to everyone as usual right after the VIP segment concludes.

Your legal rights

When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund or replacement where the goods are faulty.

Merchandise

In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to exchange clothing items for alternative sizes after you have purchased them. Please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange. Exchanges are subject to alternative sizes being in stock. We cannot refund merchandise items unless they are faulty or defective.

 

Tickets

Advance tickets bought online via or ticketing partner Gigantic can only be refunded if the customer has purchased the Gigantic Refund Plan. 

Advance tickets may be transferred to an alternative date, subject to availability. This is done Gigantic who will firstly refund the original ticket (minus the booking fee) and then rebook the new tickets (including a new booking fee). To arrange a transfer please email [email protected].  

All advance tickets are subject to Gigantic’s Terms and Conditions


Walk up Tickets are purchased on site at Arches London Bridge. These tickets are not eligible for refunds or cancellation. They are valid only for the day of purchase and not eligible for future dates.


Third party tickets

Any request of refund of tickets that were booked via a third-party partner that is not Gigantic tickets, should be made through the vendor where the purchase was made. Every third-party vendor has a different and specific refund policy, please refer the customer to the relevant third-party website and/or their customer service team.
